Memberships
Full membership | Membership gives access to fencing training, lessons and strength training in the fitness room. Membership of multiple clubs is permitted. If you have a license in another club, lessons are only by appointment. | 350,- / MONTH* |

Discounts | The discount is only given on fully active membership, cannot be combined and is not given on team prices
Student discount (age 25-29) kr. 30,- / month Family discount A family discount is provided on active memberships - however not in combination with other discounts or fitness membership or U12.
The discount is given to family members in the same household, starting with the youngest member. |

Terms & Conditions
Change in membership | All changes to the membership must be made via the self-service portal on this site. You can find information about your membership by logging in to the portal. Please note that changes to the membership can be made with one month's notice to the end of a subscription period, except for suspension/pause which can be made with immediate effect. | |
Resignation | Cancellation must be done via the self-service portal "My Club" on this site and can be done with one month's notice before the end of a subscription period. Cancellation can take place at the earliest until the end of the 3rd full quota month after registration. | See here how to change your membership |
The membership fee | The membership fee is charged monthly in advance on the 1st of each month, for the coming month. This means that, for example, February is charged on January 1st. The fee is charged automatically via payment service, via an associated card or giro card sent by post. If you need to make a payment in addition to this, it can be done via MobilePay, but only after prior agreement with member service. It is not possible to pay in cash. Pause | Everyone may need a break and you can suspend an active membership at any time. If a membership is to be put on hold, this is done using the self-service portal. You can put your membership on hold for a maximum of 12 months. After one month of active membership, membership can be suspended again. When the period expires, membership is automatically resumed, if you have not extended the period. If membership is to be resumed before the end of the period, this can also be done via the portal. In the event of resignation during the break period, notice of termination is calculated cf. the conditions for the membership. |
Licenses
National license (DFF) | You must have a national license to be able to participate in competitions organized by the Danish Fencing Association or associations under the Danish Fencing Association. International license (FIE) | You must have an international FIE license to be able to fence World Cups, Satellite World Cups and international championships such as EC and WC. For other international events, an international license is not required unless otherwise stated on the invitation. Please note that a national license is required in order to obtain an FIE license. License ordering
You order the licenses by logging in to Ophardt Online. Here you select one or more of the following licenses "National license (DFF)", "International license (FIE)", "European license (EFC)". If this is the first time you are ordering a license, you must first be created in the system. Please note that on your profile with us, you must have selected fencing arm, language and upload a profile picture before we can create an athlete profile for you. We have created a guide for Ophardt Online which you can find at trengenten.org/en/ophardt
IMPORTANT
When ordering FIE and EFC licenses in Ophardt Online, an email must subsequently be sent to
Remember therefore to check your member information, below are the following important for you to get the licence:
- All surnames
- All first names
- Date and year of birth
- Address, incl. postal code (only with international licence)
- Handedness (only with international license)
- Preferred fencing language – French, English or Spanish (only with international license)
- Profile picture (only with international license - must be updated every year)
- Declaration of Consent, see guide (only for the initial order of an FIE license)
Note that Fægteklubben Trekanten requires the redemption of a license prior to participating in events, even if otherwise may be stated in the Danish Fencing Association's guidelines.
It is therefore not possible to register for events before the license is active with the federation. So be out in good time!

Booking
Be aware of
- We recommend the use of contact lenses if you are dependent on glasses, as it can be both challenging and a risk to wear glasses under the mask.
- Unfortunately, we do not have equipment for people with chest/waist measurements over 124/110 cm.
- Participation is at your own risk.
- Beverages brought with you must be enjoyed outside the association's premises (beverages can be purchased on site).
- Alcohol may not be consumed during the event.
- Terms for cancellation and no-show.

Terms and Conditions for events
Cancellation and no-show
- Up to 30 days before the event start time, the event can be canceled free of charge
- Up to 14 days before the event start time, the event can be a) rebooked to another date free of charge, b) exchanged to a voucher or c) canceled for a fee of DKK 300,-
- Up to 48 hours before, the event can be a) rebooked to another date for a fee of DKK 300,- or b) canceled for a fee corresponding to 50% of the event price
- In case of cancellation or no-show with less than 48 hours to the event start time, a fee corresponding to 100% of the event price will be charged
